When my gas furnace failed to work properly, I was stressed as I considered how expensive a repair was likely to be. I recently had a heat pump installed by your firm.I would be remiss if i did not commend you on the professionalism,punctuality,and friendliness of your employees.Like most homeowners,I have spent countless hours in the past waiting for companies to arrive for various estimates,repairs,and installations.In most cases an entire day is wasted for both the estimate and the accomplishment of the work.It is extremely impressive to find a firm that arrives when scheduled,performs the task in a professional manner,and provides all the information needed to assess the installation and use the equipment.After assessing my problem,your employees provided me with a succinct description of the problem and the various options to solve it.When I made my decision for the heat pump installation,you were able accommodate my requirements in a timely fashion.The big surprise---your people arrived on time(even a little early),completed the installation quickly,described the operation and warranty provisions in detail,and were on their way.If my installers are indicative of the quality of people you have throughout your organization,Im quite impressed.If your equipment works as well as your employees(and i have no reason to suspect that it will not) I should have no trouble in the future.

I wanted to express my gratitude for your help on July 5th at 9:00pm i was informed by the tennant in my manassas townhouse that the a/c thermostat was not functioning. I remembered my wife was having trouble with the gas heat in the same townhouse a year ago when we lived there. She called your business and was assisted in locating a difficult to find part by someone in your company.She said you went out of your way to help.So i called your office at 9:00 pm expecting to get an answering machine.Suprisingly i got someone in person i failed to get the gentlemans name,but he offered to call my tennant and see if he could solve the problem over the phone.Fortunately he did.So,That is twice Comfort Professionals has helped me without any fee or reimbursement whatsoever.That type of service is indeed rare today.Its nice to know there are some genuinely nice people still out there!Again,Thank you very much,You can rest assured i will spread the word about your company-you are true professionals.

For the last ten years i have used my york heatpump as a sole source of heat. In the past,I used a woodstove. John and I are delighted with our new heat pump.We did alot of research and got several estimates before purchasing a system.Choosing Comfort Professionals was the right choice for many reasons.
1)Your knowledge about heat pumps and your willingness to answer questions

4)The heat pump is everything you said it would be.I used to keep my thermostat on 70 in the summer,now i keep it on 78 because the system cools so well.Even the neighbors have noticed a difference in our house since we got a new heat pump,the upstairs is much cooler.
